Technical & Sales Support
Here at SLPHosts we have 3 main methods of obtaining support with your services.
First there is the contact us form that is located here this form can be used for any support that you require whether it is technical or sales support. If you leave a telephone number in the contact us form we may contact you via telephone if it is deemed necessary.
Secondly we have a live assistance system that allows you to speak to an operator via instant message. This service isn't always online but when the service is online it is by far the most efficient way of dealing with a problem. The status for this service can be seen in the left hand panel of the website. When live support is offline and you click the button to connect, it will allow you to leave us a message there.
Finally there is the support ticket system in ispCP. This method of support is only available to hosting customers and is the preferred way that you contact us with hosting issues. You can find the link for the ticket system inside your ispCP control panel.
